Designed, implemented, and launched the end-to-end workflow for People First Credit Union's deposit account and consumer lending products (apply.peoplefirst.com), increasing application volume and reducing submission time.
Migrated, designed, and launched City Bank Texas's deposit account products (apply.city.bank), integrating document delivery, online banking (OLB) enrollment, and identity verification (IDV) services.
